Today I want to give you some exercises that you can do to help you get a flat stomach.

If you have been struggling with toning your abs, then these 3 exercises will get you started.

Here are 3 other ab exercises as well as my favorite ab exercise of all times – the snowangel that I covered in another post. Be sure to try those too!

Okay let me explain.

Way too many women spend their time doing crunches hoping to flatten their stomachs. But there is an easier way and I am about to show you how.

Crunches are good but they will mostly tone your upper abs which leaves the rest of the abs well… a little less toned.

But let me tell you that I have done this with a lot of my clients and it always works.

If you focus more on your lower abs and always start with them then you will have a much more toned stomach than if you were to do crunches only.

When you train your lower abs, you put a lot more load on them as you will be raising your legs which weigh more than your upper body.

So overall they have to work a bit harder which makes them develop more. In the end, this means a toned stomach!
Once you do these exercises for your lower abs then you can add some upper ab exercises like crunches and this will really define your abs!
This technique works every single time and trust me all my clients have loved it so I am sure you will too!
